Message	know less about the product they're selling? My wife always has to remind me not to get frustrated at the annoying sales pitches they make citing incorrect technical specs, incorrect bashing of competitor's specs, etc. Just once I'd like to find a salesman who's actually a car guy, instead of someone who doesn't seem to have even bothered reading their own sales brochures. I enjoyed the Toyota dealer recently talking with me about the new Tundra and bragging about it's "huge 10 inch brake rotors; biggest in it's class".
